Citing increased demand from both businesses and families seeking to relocate to the low-tax, business-friendly state of Nevada, Howard Hughes Corp. has accelerated its Las Vegas development pipeline and started construction on a new office building and apartments in its 400-acre Downtown Summerlin development.
