Beverly Hills Investor Acquires 55K-Square-Foot Property

Private investor Stanley Black, taking title as SBMC Valencia LP, et al, acquired the multi-tenant office building at 21731 Ventura Blvd. in Woodland Hills for $9.5 million, or about $171 per square foot, with a 5.5% cap rate.
