Beacon Partners, a Charlotte-based commercial development and acquisition firm, added three Class A office buildings to its portfolio this month. With the purchase of Arrowpoint Office Park, Beacon captured another 240,337 square feet of office space in the Charlotte market. Faison & Associates sold the complex for $21.05 million, or approximately $88 per square foot. The office park was 73.6% occupied at the time of the sale.
