New York Group Buys 98,700-SF Retail Center for $16.3 Million

Islandia Mesa LLC, an entity of J.G. Management out of Westlake Village, CA, acquired the 98,721-square-foot Tri-City Pavilions retail center from Rising Sun LLC, an entity of Angelo, Gordon & Co. LP out of New York, for $16.3 million, or about $165 per square foot.
