Donovan Marine, Inc., a leading marine accessory distribution company, completed its purchase of 3 Hilltop Road in Norwich, CT for $1.03 million, or approximately $23 per square foot. The company was leasing the 44,820-square-foot building from the owners, Vincent Jr. and Helen Campo, since August 2004.
