The Carlyle Group Acquires 368 Unit Culver City Hotel

The Leonard Residuary Trust sold the 368-room, 255,284-square-foot Radisson Los Angeles Westside hotel for $45 million, or $122,283 per room. The Carlyle Group, taking title as CRP Centinela LP, acquired the hotel at 6161 W Centinela Ave. in Culver City.
