Florida Venture Sells 187,900-SF Class A Tower in Miami

Madrid, Spain-based Testa Inmuebles En Renta, S.A. acquired the Banco Santander Building, at 1401 Brickell Ave. in Miami, for $61 million. Florida-based American Ventures Property Fund and Blumberg/Brickell Ltd. sold the property for about $324.50 per square foot.
