HCP Oxford OBG Cass Property Co. LLC, an affiliate of Chicago-based Oxford Capital Group LLC, purchased the 77-year-old Hotel Cass at 640 N. Wabash in downtown Chicago. Oxford Capital bought the property from the Nyberg family, who had owned the property for roughly 60 years. The price was not disclosed.
