Colony Capital announced its 2020 quarterly common stock dividend for its Class A and B common stock will continue to be paid at $0.11 per share or $0.44 per share annually. The diversified real estate investment trust set this dividend amount in the second quarter of 2018, dropping its rate from $0.27 per share.
