Self-Storage in Glendale Sells for $4.25M

Private Investor Acquires 8-Story Industrial Bldg. on S. Central Ave.

Homayoon & Janet Shamolian, et al purchased the 37,666-square-foot industrial building at 403 S. Central Ave. in Glendale for $4.25 million, or approximately $113 per square foot. The seller was Larry G. Leiske MD Inc. PSP. Built in 1929, the eight-story building operates as a self-storage facility. The ground floor is leased as multi-tenant office space. It was reported that the storage business sold with the real estate.
