The Sacramento-based Ampac Services Inc. leased 27,005 square feet at 33355-33375 Central Ave. in Union City. The packaging supply company signed a 49-month deal for approximately $0.38 per square foot, and will utilize the space for its East Bay distribution warehouse starting June 1.
