Institutional investment advisor RREEF recently finalized its acquisition of Deerfield Village Centre for $34.9 million dollars or $282.00 a square foot. Chicago-based Northern Realty Group, Ltd. and Mesirow Financial Real Estate, which co-developed the property in 2001, were the sellers.
