A partnership of Centrum Properties, a division of CB Richard Ellis, and Chicago-based MCZ Development acquired the south tower of Flamingo South Beach, at 1500 Bay Road, for $163.5 million, or about $290,925 per unit, along with the rights to the property's marina.
