USFR Media Group, publisher of western magazines and owner of America One Television, a network of some 100 stations across the country, purchased the office building at 11150 Equity Drive in Houston from Houston News Channel. The broker declined to name the sale price, but the property was on the market for $5.5 million, or about $183.50 per square foot. The media company will move its headquarters from 777 Post Oak Blvd.
