A company controlled by San Diego County real estate investor Brian Awadis has purchased the Southwinds Apartments, a 22-unit complex at 909 S. Sunshine Ave. in El Cajon, California, from the Johnson Family Trust for $5.9 million, or roughly $268,180 per unit.
