California-based BKM Capital Partners recently sold Broadwood Business Centre, a 156,154-square-foot multitenant industrial park in Mesa, for $32.9 million, or $202.31 per square foot, to commercial real estate investment firms Bendetti in California and Westport Capital Partners in Connecticut.
