Irvine Co. LLC, in care of The Irvine Co., purchased two Class A office towers in San Diego, CA for $450 million, including debt assumption. One America Plaza PT LLC sold the 34-story One America Plaza for $300 million, or about $516 per square foot. The group 501 West Broadway SD PT LLC sold the 21-story Koll Center for $150 million, or about $402.50 per square foot.
