MSNP Cambridge Acquisition LLC acquired the 205-room Radisson Hotel in Cambridge from Fenway-Cambridge Motor Hotel Co. Public records indicate the hotel sold for $30 million, or approximately $146,341 per room. The buyer is a partnership between Nordic Properties and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds.
