In yet another case of institutional investors turning to real estate in Newark, New Jersey, the 1.1 million-square-foot former Ballantine Brewery -- a landmark in the city's Ironbound section -- was sold for $61 million to Turnbridge Equities and JPMorgan Asset Management.
