Investor Acquired 46,769-SF Building in 1031 Exchange

In a 1031 exchange, Murray and Pauline Windman, under the entity Windman 1st Amended Declaration Trust, sold 407 E. Redondo Beach Blvd. in Gardena. MTN holdings LLC acquired the property for $2.6 million, or about $56 per square foot, and will occupy the building. Built in 1967, this 46,769-square-foot building is on a 1.81-acre lot. The property offers drive-in bays, one loading dock, 3,900 square feet of office space, a mezzanine area and 3,000 amps/277-480volts/3-phase/4-wire power.
