Supermarket Income REIT, the UK supermarket real estate investor, has bought a Tesco Extra supermarket in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, from the Charities Property Fund (CPF) for £45m (net of acquisition costs), reflecting a net initial yield of 5.2%.
