Non-Traded REIT Closes On Landmark Fort Worth Office Tower

Behringer Harvard finalized its acquisition of Burnett Plaza, the largest office building in downtown Fort Worth and one of the largest buildings in the Southwest, from Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE:BDN) for approximately $172 million, or around $167 per square foot.
