Sure Fit Inc. leased 289,900 square feet at 7132 Daniels Drive in Allentown from Liberty Property Trust. Although the aggregate value of this transaction was not disclosed, the tenant's broker said, "The rent is greater than $4.00/sf," or greater than $5.7 million over the term of the lease.
