Linquist & Craig Hotels & Resorts Inc. sold the 19-story Doubletree Hotel Westwood, at 10740 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles, for $33 million, or about $112,245 per room. The 294-room, 150,962-square-foot hotel was transferred as a ground lease and was assumed from Louis and Manual Walter Co. The buyer took title as Behringer Harvard Wilshire Boulevard LP.
