Beverly Hills Retail Building Sells Twice in 4 Days

Property at the Corner of Rodeo and Wilshire Goes to Higher Bidder

One Rodeo Owner LLC acquired the 12,461-square-foot retail building at 201 N. Rodeo Drive for $37 million, or $2,969 per square foot, from DEKA Immobilien Investment GmbH. Four Days later One Rodeo Owner LLC sold the property to an unnamed buyer for $44 million, or about $3,531 per square foot.
