Berwind Corp. Adds 1M-SF Keystone to Portfolio

TIAA Sells 6 Office Properties in Indianapolis

The Keystone at the Crossing Business Park in Indianapolis has been quite popular as of late; in a recent transaction, the Berwind Property Group took ownership of six properties totaling around 1 million square feet of office space. The previous owner was the New York-based Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA), which owned all six properties since 1997. The Philadelphia-based Berwind acquired the properties at 8500, 8888, 8900, 8930, 9100 and 9200 Keystone Crossing for an undisclosed price in the vicinity of $110 million.
