AI company Superhuman expands its Berlin lease to 5,500 square meters

The office space is in the former IMAX cinema, which is being revamped by the owners, Oxford Properties and Norges Bank IM

The AI ​​company Superhuman, formerly Grammarly, is expanding its Berlin hub in the Potsdamer Platz shopping center, before it has even moved in. Instead of the 3,200 square meters leased in November 2025 it now plans to occupy 5,500 square meters. The expansion is apparently due to the company's rapid growth and the move is scheduled for the end of 2026.
