Private Investors Buy 3,747-SF Service Station for $373/SF

Full Stop I and Full Stop II acquired the Phillips 66 service station, a 3,747-square-foot building and business, for $1.4 million, or about $373.50 per square foot. The sales price included the business personal property; however, the value of the personal property was undisclosed.
