Comcast has sold the 93,205-square-foot flex property at 36250 Van Dyke Ave., Sterling Heights, Michigan, for $4.75 million, or $50 per square foot, to Associated Builders and Contractors. The property comprises two buildings, built in 1996, and will become southeast Michigan's largest construction trade school.
