State Street's London HQ on the block for £300m

An internal client of M&G Real Estate has instructed JLL to sell US financial services giant State Street Corporation’s UK headquarters for £300m.

JLL is guiding a net initial yield of 4.5% for the long leasehold interest in the 345,000 sq ft office development at 20 Churchill Place in Canary Wharf, E14, which reflects a capital value of £830 per sq ft.
