Urban Edge Properties, a full service investment firm focused on managing, acquiring, developing and redeveloping retail real estate in urban communities, has purchased the fully leased Wonderland Marketplace in Revere, Massachusetts, from a partnership between Winstanley Enterprises and Surrey Equities for $24.1 million, or about $173 per square foot.
