Bedford Property Investors Sells 6 Buildings in Fremont

San Francisco-based D.R. Stephens & Co. acquired a six-building office/R&D portfolio in Fremont for $29.3 million, or about $109.50 per square foot. The properties were 91% leased at the time of the sale.
