More than 560,000 square feet of office and retail space in Austin, Texas will be up for auction in February after a bankruptcy court in Texas approved procedures for the portfolio sale. The properties are associated with the ongoing legal battle between Austin developer Nate Paul and Los Angeles-based Karlin Real Estate.
