DDRC Sells San Ysidro Village for $42.5 Million

Westwood Financial Buys 261,000-SF Shopping Center in South San Diego

Westwood Financial Corp., based in Los Angeles, purchased the 261,295-square-foot San Ysidro Village at 4330-4558 Camino de la Plaza in San Diego. The group RVIP CA/WA/OR Portfolio LLC, an entity of Developers Diversified Realty Corp., sold the shopping center for $42.5 million, or about $162.50 per square foot. Kmart, Ross Dress For Less, Marshalls and Taco Bell anchor the center.
