Architecture Competition Draws Global Visions for Future Montreal Arts Facility

The creativity of architects from London, Paris, New York and elsewhere around the world was put to the test in a competition to build a new space for the arts in Old Montreal, with the PHI Foundation For Contemporary Art soliciting 65 proposals from 14 countries before choosing the winner.
