REIT Buys 363,500-SF Downtown San Diego High-Rise

RREEF Amer REIT II Corp. purchased the 363,448-square-foot Emerald Plaza office tower at 402 W. Broadway in the heart of downtown San Diego, CA. NNN Emerald Plaza LLC, a Triple Net Properties entity, sold the 30-story, Class A building for $123.63 million, or about $340 per square foot.
