Seattle-Based LLC Buys 99,100 SF at 28381 Vincent Moraga

In a recent transaction, a Seattle-based investment group calling itself Upfront LLC acquired the single-tenant industrial building for $8.0 million, or about $80 per square foot, from Sunrise Marsh LLC of San Luis Obispo, CA.
