Maples Group takes 45,200 sq ft in the Helios building in Cloche d’Or district of Luxembourg

Savills has advised the Maples Group on its relocation to new premises in Luxembourg. The Group has leased 45 200 sq ft in the Helios building in Cloche d’Or business district in Luxembourg.
The new office space combines all of the Group's Luxembourg services under one roof and will support further growth in the region.
