The California outpost of Tuopu, an automotive parts company headquartered in Ningbo, China, is taking over nearly 73,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space in Oakland, California. Tuopu will establish its second location in the Bay Area under the yearlong sublease, which began in December 2023.
