Crown Realty & Development, an Irvine-based development and management firm, purchased a 72,619-square-foot Hollywood office building at 6725 W. Sunset Blvd. for $19.5 million, or approximately $268.50 per square foot, from Asset Management Consultants LLC. The sale closed with the building at 100% occupancy. Current tenants include Real Networks, Hyperion Pictures and the Catalina Bar & Grill in a ground floor retail space.
