Cushman & Wakefield hired Jessica Johnson-Kelley as a senior director on its retail advisory team in Raleigh, North Carolina. She boosts the firm's Triangle group with a specialization in retail tenant representation, landlord representation, investment sales and regional advisory, Cushman said.
Johnson-Kelley, who brings nearly 20 years of experience to her new role, joined Cushman & Wakefield after having owned and run Johnson | Kelley Commercial Real Estate, a retail commercial real estate services firm with offices in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and Roanoke, Virginia. During her career, she has closed sales and leasing transactions involving over 1.2 million square feet of space and with a total volume of more than $60 million.
Brennan Investment Group promoted Tim Donohue to senior vice president of net lease, effective immediately. In his expanded role, he will be responsible for designated portfolios and will oversee operations, leasing and disposition activities, Brennan said. Additionally, he will identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities as the Chicago-based firm continues to expand its net lease platform. He joined Brennan in 2021 and brings over four decades of experience to his role.
Lincoln Property Co. appointed Charles McGrath as executive vice president for Pennsylvania. In his new role, he will lead the commercial real estate services firm’s growth initiatives — spanning development, acquisitions and property management — across the state, Lincoln said. He will also focus on identifying opportunities to create value at assets across property types, with an emphasis on industrial development, powered-land opportunities and university and healthcare-anchored office investments. He joined Lincoln from Newmark and held prior roles at Cushman & Wakefield and MRP Realty.
Savills boosted its North American industrial business with the addition of Steve Campbell, associate vice president, Shae Halpin, senior associate, and Tilly Blasdale, project associate, in the firm’s office in Calgary in Canada's Alberta province. The trio, which has experience across industrial brokerage, energy and infrastructure, market research and project execution, will boost Savills’ ability to advise occupiers, owners and investors across the region, the firm said. Campbell joined Savills from Western LNG and Halpin from Cushman & Wakefield. Blasdale previously worked at Avison Young.
Alicia Goldstein joined real estate development company and hospitality operator Discovery Land Co. as Eastern region president. In the newly created role, she will oversee Discovery’s growing Eastern U.S. and Caribbean portfolio while establishing the firm’s corporate presence along the East Coast, Discovery Land said. Goldstein, who has held senior positions at Related Cos. and Access Industries/Faena Group, is the founder of Chrysos Partners. She brings over 25 years of experience spanning luxury residential and mixed-use real estate, hospitality, development, marketing and sales to the position.
South Florida’s Driftwood Capital added David Resnick as co-chief investment officer and Andrew Dykeman as senior vice president of equity investments. The firm also promoted David Steiner, who co-founded the firm’s credit platform, to co-CIO. The co-CIOs will lead investment activity across the firm’s equity and credit platforms, with Dykeman responsible for underwriting and structuring new equity investments across the platform, Driftwood Capital said. Resnick joined the firm from 13th Floor Investments, and Dykeman from the Witkoff Group.
Minneapolis-based Opus promoted Kevin Curley to vice president and general manager of real estate development in the company’s Phoenix office. In his new role, he will lead Opus’ Phoenix-based development team and oversee all statewide operations, the company said. Having originally joined the firm in 2025, Curley brings over a decade of commercial real estate and finance experience to his role.
Opus said it also promoted Eric Chamberlin to vice president and general manager of its Denver office, where he will oversee all Colorado operations. Jaymes Kralicek and Nick Lauters, also in Denver, were promoted to vice president of construction. Chamberlin has over 20 years of industry experience; Kralicek brings 17 years of experience and Lauters another 20 years of commercial real estate experience.
