Host Marriott To Acquire Hyatt Regency DC for $274M

Blackstone Reaches Agreement on 834-Room Hotel at 400 New Jersey Ave. NW

An agreement was reached between Host Marriott Corp. and Blackstone Real Estate Advisors on the sale of the Washington, DC Hyatt Regency. Blackstone will sell the 834-room hotel on Capitol Hill to Host Marriott for $274 million, or about $328,500 per room.
