Fairfield Residential Sells 120-Unit Multifamily in Bothell

The Housing Authority of Snohomish County acquired the 120-unit Autumn Chase Apartments in Bothell from Fairfield Autumn Chase LLC, a subsidiary of Fairfield Residential, for $11.4 million, or about $95,000 per unit. The complex sold with a cap rate of 5.63%.
