Deal Involves Massive 4,000,000-SF Bulk Storage Facility in Baytown

In the biggest real estate investment ever made by the Texas General Land Office (GLO), the state agency acquired Wal-Mart's 4,000,000-square-foot bulk storage facility at 4554 E. Greenwood Road in Baytown, TX for $100 million, or $25 per square foot.
