BJ's Wholesale Club signed a 20-year lease for 114,856 square feet at Pencader Plaza. Pencader Plaza is located between routes 72 and 4 in Newark and will be the second Delaware location for BJ's. BJ's is now custom fitting the space and projects to open this December.
