72-Unit Multifamily at 3802 N. 28th Changes Hands

Randy Lynch of Newport Coast, CA purchased the Camelback Courtyard Apartments from the Amen Family Trust. The property is at 3802 N. 28th St. in Phoenix. The 72-unit multifamily property totals 62,820 square feet and sold for $5.5 million, or about $76,389 per unit.
