Alpheus Communications purchased a 34,800-square-foot industrial building at 1905 E. 6th St. It was a tenant at this location for a few years before the purchase. Seller Duggan Realty Advisors LLC, a brokerage firm located in Dallas, sold the building for an undisclosed amount. Duggan Realty Advisors LLC had the building for sale on the market for $3.5 million, or about $100.50 per unit.
