John Mangel III joined HSA Commercial Real Estate as vice president of development-acquisitions. Mangel will be located at HSA’s corporate headquarters in downtown Chicago and work directly with the firm’s senior management in identifying potential development projects and researching possible property acquisitions for the firm’s growing national portfolio.
