Archstone-Smith, Ameriton Buy Mixed-Use High-Rise at 1390 Market

Englewood, CO-based Archstone-Smith, one of the nation's largest apartment companies, and its wholly owned subsidiary, Ameriton Properties Inc., finalized the acquisition of Fox Plaza, a high-rise mixed-use property at 1390 Market St. in San Francisco for $147.5 million, or about $332,200 per unit.
