Groupe Lokia, a property management and development company that owns and operates private seniors’ residences and long-term care facilities, acquired Le Symbiose, a continuing care retirement community located at 3075 Rue Paul-David in Montreal, from The Maxera Group for $59.05 million, according to CoStar data.
